Lodge Park open all year
Previously the Caledonian Railway Station, hence the name Caledonian Lodges, the park first opened its doors to families on holiday in 1951. The station ran from 1901 until 1951: the station buildings and waiting room along with the original signal box are all still on site and under renovation for a new office, holiday lets and local grocery store with a full redevelopment of the park set to be finished by late 2021.
Nested on the mountainside of St Fillans on the banks of Loch Earn in Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park, only an hour’s drive from Glasgow, Edinburgh and Perth, Caledonian Lodges are the perfect base for exploring the Southern Highlands, Scotland’s West Coast, and historic towns such as St Andrews, Dunkeld, and Oban.
St. Fillans is a pretty, picturesque, conservation village situated within Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park. We can be found at the east end of Loch Earn on the A85 in the central highlands of Scotland. We are a friendly little village consisting of around 200 residents. In and around St. Fillans you can enjoy walking, golf, fishing, canoeing, boating, great local food, gardens, history, bird watching, Munro-bagging or just sitting in the sun feeding the resident ducks.
